- When your order arrives, please record a clear video as you open the package.
- This step is essential for us to promptly and accurately resolve any rare issues such as transit damage or defects.
- Providing this video allows us to process replacements or refunds swiftly and smoothly.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

✅ Our Replacement Conditions
- Claims must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Products should be unused and remain in their original, delivered condition (except for any transit damage).
🚚 Lost or Missing Packages
If you think your shipment is missing:
- Let us know within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
- Our team will coordinate with our delivery partners to resolve your case swiftly.
✅Refunds Policy
- Requests for refunds or returns must be made within 2 days from delivery; requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund.
- Refunds/replacements will not be processed if the product shows signs of use, customer-inflicted damage, alterations, or missing original parts/accessories.
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion if replacement is not possible after inspecting the returned product and the open-box video.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse.
- A 5% payment gateway charge may be deducted from refunds processed via bank transfer.
